This high end apartment loft need-

ed a lobby that not only gave a

unique identity to the complex but

also provided a functional space
for the residents to use. With a cus-

tom coffee station and internet

bar making for a space that allows

you to work while the other spac-

es give multiple grouping options

for congregating. A custom fire-

place in the middle of the lobby
not only gives a focal point to this

large open floor plan but breaks

up the space to change the flow of

people maneuver in the space. Cre-

ating a space of luxury and a truly

unique identity for 960 Broadway

LOBBY RECEPTION is what makes this space different

for other loft buildings in the area.
