774 is a double-storey house, located at
the centre of Miri City, Sarawak. The
style is mainly focus on modern design
with key sustainable material decision.
The design of the space has been
through back and forth with the client
to be approved. Providing the client
with mul�ple visual renders to make
final decision to be built.
