Lisa Allen is a Jesus loving, coffee loving, leopard-print loving woman.
She has a passion for and connection to women and uses this passion as
Executive Director of Ministry Training at Proverbs 31 Ministries
where her leadership portfolio includes oversight of the She Speaks
Conference, Speaker Team, Online Bible Studies, F5 App, Social Media
and Ministry Training. Lisa’s experience as a Board Certified Life
Coach, Ministry Consultant and Certified Speaker has uniquely pre-
pared her to facilitate training and workshops for church staffs and
leadership teams. She also has extensive team coaching experience with
organizations locally and internationally facilitating DISC and Gallup
StrengthsFinder. She lives in Charlotte, NC with her husband and has
grown children and a darling Yorki.

Nicki Koziarz is a Proverbs 31 Ministries speaker and best-selling au-
thor of the book and Lifeway Bible study 5 Habits of a Woman Who
Doesn’t Quit. She is wife to Kris, mom to three girls, Taylor, Hope and
Kennedy and one slightly famous pug, Herman. Her family lives just out-
side Charlotte, NC where they own a farm affectionately called, The
Fixer Upper Farm.

Marc Owings is the founder of elevateHim Ministries and the
Fully Alive Outreach based in Fort Worth, Texas. He is an author and
speaker who has traveled the world sharing the message of grace, love
and freedom. His passionate and transparent approach will encourage
and motivate you to discover your purpose and destiny! Marc has been
married to Leslie for 25 years and has two wonderful children.
