Gemini’s digital technology now provides a better, more accurate tool for mounting flat-cut metal, flat-cut acrylic and GemLeafTM (coming soon for metal laminates). The mounting patterns are computer- generated and calibrated to production equipment, printed on Tyvek® to provide resistance to tears and the weather, and assure perfect alignment and exact drill hole locations. These exact hole locations are saved and easily replicated for replacement letters or repeat orders.

Available on 1/4” thickness and up.
Gemini will print a template on Tyvek® using a customer-provided file for Non-Gemini products, see relevant Product Manager for pricing. Please note, no art modifications will be done by Gemini’s layout group. We will not be adjusting, applying studs, kerning, etc. Gemini will only be printing customer supplied art on Tyvek material and shipping it to our customer

Patterns are aligned with horizontal and vertical lines from the center making installation more reliable.

The stud sizing guide provides recommendations for proper drill bits depending on determined stud size.
