YEAR HIGHLIGHTS

Regional Leaders
Over the year we have reached 29 regions, with 50 regional leaders supporting
their communities and networks in the dairy industry (May 2021).

Leadership Forum & Essentials Workshop

We are committed to the professional and personal development of our volunteer
Regional Leaders, and provide an opportunity to connect at a yearly Leadership
Forum. This event is a time to build and connect our tribe through courage,
vulnerability and growth, and celebrates the hard work of our leaders within their
communities. The 2021 Leadership Forum focused on finding solutions to industry
problems through design thinking, led by Lee Astridge from No8HR.
We value our Regional Leaders and offer opportunities to ensure they are
confident in their roles. The Essentials Workshop is a hands-on event designed
to deliver practical skills and knowledge so that our Regional Leaders can thrive
and make a difference within their communities. Essentials was run across four
locations in late 2020, and as a webinar for any Regional Leaders who were unable
to attend in person, to provide equal opportunities for success.
