5.2.2 STEADY PERFORMERS
Steady performing areas are defined in this report as those which do not appear to present a barrier to purchasing but have the potential to be enhanced further to drive a higher level of purchase propensity among shoppers.
Among European cruise travellers, two areas stand out as ‘steady performers’, these being: shopping environment and service from staff.
However, whilst considered a steady performer overall, staff service is one of the strongest performing areas of the on-board service and should therefore be considered a ‘strong performer’ when assessing the on-board channel in isolation.
