Call the bookings team immediately and ask if we have a replacement for you, keeping in mind that last minute replacements may not be available.
Simple. We will give you a straight answer. If we are able to replace you, we will.
We want you to enjoy your working relationship with Alseasons.
If we cannot find a replacement, which may be the case if you give us little notice, we will require you to honour your booking.
Alseasons' reputation for reliability is everything to us, so you will appreciate that failure to appear for a job means automatic
termination.
