Make sure you give yourself enough time to arrive 15mins ahead of your booked start time.

Before leaving for a shift, make sure:
Your full uniform is clean and pressed You have the correct footwear
You have your name badge
You have your relevant tools/equipment card
Arriving 15 mins early ensures that you have enough time to compose yourself and do an on-site induction with the client and be on the job working on time.
This is absolutely vital, and the first test of your professionalism.
