   Questions to ask:
Who will be my supervisor? What will be my main duties?

   Arrive early, in your full, correct uniform with your name badge attached if you are front of house.
Kitchen staff should arrive dressed in neat, casual clothes and change into fresh uniforms on arrival for hygiene purposes.
Recheck your uniform and grooming.
Switch your mobile phone to silent and leave it in your bag.
Report to your job contact and follow their instruction.
Smile, be helpful and cheerful, but be aware that we are ‘paid’ guests, not invited guests.
For shifts that are more than 5 hours, ask when you should take your break.
All meals must be authorised by your supervisor.
