Job offers are limited to your availability, so to offer you jobs we need to know when you wish to work and when you don’t.
The first priority is to establish your weekly availability for work.
Then whenever your availability changes you update your eRoster by logging on to Alseasons’ eRoster, or calling our booking office during business hours.
To receive job offers you must be easily contactable with your eRoster up-to-date and reply to messages and ‘missed calls’ immediately.
Being uncontactable without notice when you are listed as available tells us that you are not enthusiastic about future work, which may discourage future job offers.
It is essential that you keep your eRoster up to date and return any missed calls from our booking office.
