Pay Day!
Alseasons’ pay week runs from Monday to Sunday, with wages paid into your bank account each Wednesday, and with payslips emailed weekly.
Wages are paid by the hour in 15 minute increments according to the applicable venue award.
Minimum Shift Length
Minimum legal shift hours are two to three hours (2 to 3), however we encourage employers to offer longer shifts wherever possible.
Under normal circumstances we generally accept minimum shifts of 4 hours, but the final shift length depends on the work to be performed and the punctuality and productivity of each individual staff member.
