S ll recall our good fortune at connec ng with you for the selling of our Chicago apart- ment. You were certainly the best we could have found any me, but especially in the di - cult market at the me. It was a pleasant experience for us all the way around. You showed and marketed the home beau fully (I even wanted to buy it!) and brought the transac on to a close seamlessly. As I understand it, the new owners are very happy with their situa on, as are we. (Except, of course, I miss living in Chicago.) The warm weather here, though, is wonderful and we are enjoying this lifestyle.
