Hooray! The sale was certainly painless......(not the moving or the emotional tug of saying adieu to 22 beautiful years in that lovely space) ......but the actual transaction of putting our home on the mar- ket with all that that entails. You were a joy to work with and you marshaled everything along as we were confident you would. That was your reputation and it is well deserved!
