adjustable shelves and hanging rods.
OWNERS CHOICES (PRECONSTRUCTION)
■ Selection of color of finishes within palette range selected
by developer, to include carpeting, cabinetry, countertops,
selection of decorative light fixtures, floor stain color, and floor
and wall tile.
OPTIONAL EXTRAS
■ Selections of all above finishes outside the palette range
selected by developer will incur interior design costs and the
difference in cost between the developer’s selections and
buyers preferred choice.
■ Radiant heat floors in garage and basement.
■ Options can include:
Solar photovoltaic array.
Gas log inserts in fireplaces.
Specialized wall colors.
Hardwood closet finish.
Plumbing fixtures different from base fixtures.
Carpeting and floor finishes outside of selections made
by developer.
Basement build-out to buyers specifications, plumbing
stubout for a full bathroom and a wet bar will be
included as part of the base package.
