Benefits Eligibility
When do these benefits begin? Changing Your Elections

When Benefits Coverage Ends
Benefits will end on the last day of employment. You will be offered

Program (EAP) and Health Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)
elections through the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation
Act (COBRA). COBRA is offered to associates and/or their dependents
with the right to continue group health care benefits for a specific time
