When Can I Make Changes to My Benefits?
Making Changes
You can enroll in benefits as a new hire or during annual Open Enrollment. When you elect coverage under the medical, dental and
vision plans, coverage stays in effect for the entire plan year. You can only change your coverage if you have a qualifying life event.
What are Qualifying Life Events?
