Associate wellbeing is critical to our success – supporting associates to be healthy,
happy and prosperous is our goal.
Who Can Enroll?
• Full-Time Associates are regularly scheduled to work at least 30 hours per week and are eligible to participate in the
medical, dental, vision, HSA/FSA, disability, life, retirement plans and all other benefit options.
• Part-Time Associates are regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours but less than 30 hours per week and eligible to
participate in the medical, dental, vision, HSA/FSA and retirement plans, Employee Assistance Program and have access
to free banking services.
• Limited Associates are regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours per week and are eligible to participate in the
bank’s retirement savings plans, Employee Assistance Program, and have access to free banking services.

members will pay the full cost of the medication and it will not apply to the deductible or OOP maximum.
