We provide benefit advocacy services free of charge to all employees. This health care resource is available to assist
you in navigating the health care system. Benefit Advocates is a completely confidential service that is available to all
benefits-eligible employees and your families. Benefit Advocates will assist you in making a more informed decision
about your health care.
Services include:
• Online enrollment assistance
• General benefit questions
• Claims and billing issues
• Appealing claim denials
• Coordination between first and secondary coverage
• Finding in-network doctors and hospitals
• Benefit plan questions
• Personal/dependent changes related to your benefits
