The Dinuba Sentinel
Crosswalk altered
for safer passage
Lack of parking is just one of the concerns for downtown merchants. The diagonal parking in downtown Dinuba can sometimes create blind spots at certain intersections, making some intersections difficult to cross.
One intersection that has had repeated complaints is that of West Tulare and South Uruapan. To accomodate for safer passage, Dinuba Public Works came up with an altered crosswalk that allows vehicles to pull further ahead into the intersection for better visibility.
The intersection recently received positive reviews by Dinuba City Council.
