On Monday, Oct. 29, US Marshalls apprehended a fourth suspect in connection to a kidnapping, home invasion, assault and robbery that occurred on Oct. 18.
Arrested was Andres Ramirez, 19, of Fresno.
Ramirez faces charges of robbery, car jacking, home invasion, kidnapping, possession of a firearm and vehicle pursuit, all felonies.

• Luis Angel Mendez, 19, of Dinuba was booked on Oct. 22 on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant, a felony.
Police say the victim walked into the lobby to report a domestic violence incident in which her boyfriend, Mendez, punched her in the mouth with a closed fist, leaving her with visible injuries. Officers responded to his residence in the 1400 block of South College Avenue where he was taken into custody. He was booked and transported to the Tulare County Pretrial Facility for housing.
• Nathan Gonzalez Garza, 31, of Reedley was booked on Oct. 24 on suspicion of kidnapping, sexual battery and making terrorizing threats, all felonies, and battery of a spouse, ex-spouse or date, and dissuading a victim, both misdemeanors.
According to police, Garza followed the victim home and would not allow her to exit her vehicle. When he finally did, police say he chased her and carried her to her house. The victim reportedly was able to break free from him but was again chased down and carried

Gunshots rang out through the city of Dinuba on Saturday night in two separate events that left one person with multiple gunshot wounds, said the Dinuba Police Department.
Police say they were dispatched to the 100 block of McKinley Avenue, Rose Ann Vuich Park, for a report of a gunshot victim at approximately 7:25 p.m. When officers arrived they contacted a 20-year- old victim who had received multiple non-life threatening wounds to his arm.
According to police, the victim stated he was walking in the 300 block of J Street when a vehicle pulled up to him and opened fire.
He was transported to Kaweah Delta Medical Center, where he treated for his

injuries.

Police received a second call regarding a shooting incident at Jack in the Box on the east side of town. Police say the victim in that case was inside the restaurant ordering his food and then walked out to his vehicle and noticed multiple bullet holes in the side of his vehicle.
Though officers believe there is a possibility the two cases are related, they are currently treating each incident at separate cases.
The suspect, or suspects, in the case are currently outstanding and an investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information is urged to call the Dinuba Police Department at 591-5911 or 591- TIP1 to remain anonymous.

Police say he then took the
victim’s keys and let himself into her residence where he reportedly threw the victim on the couch and sexually assaulted her. The victim was able to get away and ran to a room but was chased down again, say police. Once in the room he reportedly threw the victim on the bed, laid on top of her and assaulted her again. She also attempted to use her phone but police say he threatened her not to call for help.
He was located near Goshen Avenue and Plaza Drive in Visalia, where he was arrested and then booked into the Tulare County Jail.
• Juan Francisco Perez, 22, of Dinuba was booked on Oct. 26 on suspicion of being in possession of unlawful paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance, both misdemeanors.
Police say he was contacted after hours at the Entertainment Plaza in the 200 block of South L Street, where a search revealed him to be in possession of narcotics and a meth pipe. A warrant check also revealed he had five active arrest warrants for vehicle theft, assault with a deadly weapon, making
terrorizing threats and theft. He was booked and later transported to the Tulare County Pretrial Facility.
• Judith Balbino Abonce, 32, of Dinuba was booked on Oct. 27 on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant, a felony.
According to police, she was arrested in the 1600 block of East El Monte Way after officers found the victim with visible injuries. She was booked at the Dinuba Police Department and later transported to the Tulare County Pretrial Facility.
• Cherisa Ann Baker, 35, of Orosi was booked on Oct. 28 on suspicion of being in possession of unlawful paraphernalia, possession of more than 28.5 grams of marijuana and providing false identification, all misdemeanors.
Police say she was arrested in the 100 block of North Arkona Street where she was found to be in possession. She was also found
to have a confirmed warrant for a parole violation. She was booked and transported to the Tulare County Pretrial Facility.
• Zahy Monserat Zamora, 21, of Dinuba was booked on Oct. 28 on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant, a felony.
According to police, officers responded to the 1300 block of North Crawford in the early hours of Oct. 28 for a report of domestic violence. Upon arriving on the scene officers made contact with Zamora who stated she was assaulted. While obtaining her statement officers were reportedly advised by dispatch that the male half was at the Dinuba Police Department. When officers arrived at the police station it was determined after obtaining a statement that the male was the victim of the domestic violence. She was arrested and booked and later transported to the Tulare County Jail.
