The Sanger Animal Shelter's pets of the week are Duch- ess, Luna and Knight.
Duchess and Luna are beautiful young, playful German shepherd ladies who like to run, romp and cuddle.
Duchess had her photo taken at the shelter and Luna was all dressed up for the adoption event last week at the Street Fair and Farmers' Market.
Knight is probably a shepherd/malamute mix, not quite a year old, who has lots of energy, likes to walk, go for car rides and hop on chairs when he gets his picture taken at the shelter.
You'll be able to meet them this Saturday from 5-9 p.m. at the Street Faire and Farmers' Market in downtown Sanger.
Call animal control officer Mario Irazoqui at (559) 618-9071 or message the Sanger Animal Shelter Facebook page and leave your email address to find out more about the adoption process which will involve home checks.
The cost for each adoption will vary.
Let Mario know if you're interested in providing a tem- porary foster home for any of the shelter dogs.
