Martin An- drew Carrion, 50, was arrested at 3:26 p.m. and transported to Tu- lare County pre-trial facility on suspicion of grand theft.

Parlier PD detains pair on multiple charges

Parlier police arrested two Fresno men on suspicion of mul- tiple charges including posses- sion of a stolen vehicle and weap- ons possession.
Officers on patrol conducted a vehicle check in the area of Newmark Avenue and Merced Street in the early morning hours of Feb. 7. After discovering evi- dence during the check, the of- ficers arrested 28-year-old Nico- las Prado and 24-year-old Jacob Ryan.
33-round high- capacity maga- zine for a Glock pistol was found in Ryan's possession. The men also pos- sessed burglary tools and stolen property.
Both Prado and Ryan are self-admitted gang members, police said. The officers ar- rested them without incident, and they were booked into the Fresno County Jail on numerous
charges.

Dinuba police arrest- ed four women on Feb. 4 on suspicion of solicit- ing prostitution out of a Dinuba business.
Those arrested in- cluded 46-year-old
including an undisclosed large sum of cash.
