Sales Supervisor Job Summary




               We are seeking a detail-oriented, thorough, and organized sales supervisor to join our
               growing team. In this position, he / she will play a key role in providing excellent customer
               service and growing company revenue. You will supervise and coordinate the schedules of the
               sales representatives to meet and exceed sales quotas.



               The Sales Supervisor is a senior sales representative with management capabilities. These are
               trusted individuals who along with their own accounts can directly generate sales and
               supervise rank and file TSRs with their day to day selling tasks. Additionally, a Sales Supervisor

               has strong market awareness allowing him/her to provide accurate inputs in all facets of
               decision making for the Sales Department.


               Sales Supervisor Duties and Responsibilities


                         •  Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.

                         •  Organize and coordinate sales representative schedules.
                         •  Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital
                             resources.

                         •  Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of
                             competition status.

                         •  Recruit, and hire, and new sales representatives, Establish training program
                             in cooperation with HR for all sales positions.

                         •  Receive and report on all sales leads
                         •  Supervise sales representatives working behavior and attitude

                         •  Answer potential customer questions and follow-up call questions

                         •  Work with sales team when closing sales

                         •  Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
                         •  Meet all sales quotas and goals

                         •  Manage sales representatives and sales team to meet and exceed goals

                         •  Provide relevant reports to management - reports, budget, operational KPI

                         •  Ensure on time collection of all receivables
                         •  Lead and organize bidding process and procedures

                         •  Manage workshop, product demonstration and technical presentation
