NEWS FROM REAR COMMODORE HOUSE
Well, it certainly has been quite a year!
But as I write this in mid-January, despite the latest lockdown, I am looking forward to the coming year with excitement and optimism. I am sure that we all cannot wait to get our boats back on the water and visit our favourite haunts again.
Gins beckons like a beacon; good food, good wine, excellent company and what a fabulous setting.What more could we ask for?
We have lots planned on the social scene to entertain you, assuming we are able. Gourmet food evenings, wine tastings, special interest events and of course our traditional offerings.
Although, we haven’t been able to offer you a social programme over the past year, I do hope that you have enjoyed our on-line talks, the Bulletins and The Yachter.
I am always keen to hear from Members, so if you have any suggestions as to what else we can offer, do email me rchouse@rsyc. org.uk
Finally, I would like to welcome our new Members to the Club and wish them, as well as our existing Members, a very enjoyable summer season.
