Welcome to your new community magazine. In the recent survey we conducted, you said that you wanted to see recipes, gardening tips, articles about local people and a puzzle. So in this first issue is an incredibly tasty recipe for broccoli and goats cheese tart (page 30). The perfect treat for a quick lunch.
For the green fingered amongst you, the gardening article on page 22 explains why we should be choosing peat free products to save our peat bogs from disappearing completely.
After an absence from the office to bring up her beautiful family, lovely Lizzie Hardcastle is back behind her desk at Simpson & Partners (page 20). In the first Q&A, Lizzie tells us about her passion for all things property - buying, selling, letting - but it’s the people that matter to Lizzie and that’s why she’s been truly missed on the High Street. Welcome back!
