   You matter to our hospitals!
Did you know that Kettering General Hospital,
along with Northampton and Leicester hospitals are collaborating closer together to improve patient care, research, and recruitment? They are working under the leadership of new CEO Richard Mitchell. On a day-to- day basis the hospitals are run by individual CEOs and overseen by a board of Executive and Non-executive Directors.
Kettering General Hospital is a Foundation Trust, supported by a valuable team of volunteer Governors, each one elected by the hospital’s membership. Governors keep the hospital’s Non-Executive Directors to account and feedback on hospital services on behalf of the membership.
If you would like to join as a member and help your local NHS better understand patient and carer needs, we would love to hear from you. It’s free to join and you will be the first to hear about our series of (free) Your Health Matters online talks from KGH specialists on a wide range of topics, vote in Governor elections or stand for election yourself and comment on hospital services.
You can watch past event recordings here or visit https://www.kgh.nhs.uk/membership-events
