                                      would you choose? Rotary Foundation – I have been a member of our local club for almost ten years and I’m about to start my new presidential year. We serve our local community as well
Your most challenging moment? The restoration of a very sentimental vase that
had been smashed into tiny pieces, after the customer’s dog had been spooked by a firework.

Anyone famous popped in? We have had the BBC visit the shop many times for the popular show ‘Antiques Road Trip’ and this year we have been filmed for the new series of ‘Escape
to the Country’, looking around Northamptonshire.
Vicky spent many hours with the puzzle and was very pleased with the finished result.
The most unusual request you’ve had? Cleaning and the conservation of some taxidermy birds that had been stored in an attic.
Dinner out or at home? Home normally, I enjoy cooking especially
with a good bottle of Sauvignon blanc.
Who makes you laugh? My nine month old
granddaughter when she is eating with such enthusiasm.

What’s the best thing about being in Oundle? We are very fortunate to live in such a beautiful town, with stunning architecture. It is a comfortable size with a good selection of independent shops and restaurants.
