better and knowing that I’ve made a positive
impact in their day brings me the most joy.
But working in this environment where you
can have a joke with your co-workers and the
customers is what really sets it apart from other
jobs where I have worked.
Proudest moment? When I was
able to support a patient through a
challenging health situation. We try to
do whatever we can do to help. When it
works out the feeling is just pure bliss.
What services do you off er? We
off er prescription services, Pharmacy
First, fl u vaccinations, health advice,
prescription delivery, contraceptive
service, new medicine service,
discharge medicine service, emergency
contraceptive service and lateral fl ow provision
for elderly and clinically vulnerable.
Who inspires you? I’m inspired by my
colleagues who demonstrate empathy,
dedication, and hard work. Th ey enjoy caring

for others. Th eir passion motivates me every
day. Th ey have years of experience in this fi eld
and their dedication for the job has never
wavered. Th ey teach me new things each day to
help me become better at my job and they set
a standard on how this pharmacy should run.
If anything, I am incredibly proud of
them and how they have really made
this pharmacy part of the community.
Something people don’t know about
you? I’m passionate about continuous
learning and always seeking ways to
improve my knowledge in healthcare to
better help others. However, I actually
started working for the company as a
Post Offi ce Clerk when the Pharmacy
took them over.
