day is helping a customer fi nd the right solution
to improve their health and seeing their
gratitude – it’s incredibly rewarding to
know that we are a primary care service
in the town.

words… Caring, professional,

Most challenging part of the job?
Balancing patient needs with time
constraints while ensuring every individual gets
personalised care. We are constantly growing,
with new patients signing up to us every day
and we want to make sure each patient gets the
quality customer service that we are known for.

Do you give health advice? Yes, we provide
tailored health advice to support your well-
being and address any concerns you may

Do you deliver prescriptions? Yes,
we off er a convenient prescription
delivery service on Wednesdays FREE
of charge for patients who meet a
certain criteria.
Any future ambitions? We want
to grow. In the past year we’ve seen
an increase in customers which is fantastic,
but we want to do even better. Expanding
services to better support the community and
incorporating more health initiatives to enhance
overall well-being is one of the goals we have set
to help us achieve this.
