Biggest challenge? The first couple of hours every morning getting all the deliveries out
on time, especially when they are all going in various directions. 99.9% of the time we achieve this and can go and have a coffee afterwards, with a smile on our faces, knowing everyone can start their projects with no delay.

What’s the best thing about being in Thrapston? Thrapston is a great central hub with the A605, A14 and A45 enabling us to go in all different directions economically and efficently, as well as customers travelling to us.

Who makes you laugh? James, one of our lads is a great character and lifts our spirits on a cold rainy day with his banter, keeping us all moving forward and upbeat.

about it now but wasn’t funny at the
time... a customer’s garden backed onto a river and he wanted to clear some reeds. He called to say he’d been ‘fishing’ with one of our diggers! Upon arrival our machine was halfway in the river, after the bank had collapsed underneath
Proudest moment? Probably when the kit came back to the yard for Christmas and we had a team photo. It made us proud of what we had achieved seeing all the machinery and staff together.
