 Lord Lieutenant’s Cadets Appointed and Adult Volunteers recognised with Lord Lieutenant’s Certificates
Across Yorkshire during the autumn our Lords Lieutenant presented their cadets with certificates and badges of appointment which they will wear proudly over the next year of their service. In addition, with a new initiative adult volunteers were also presented with the Lord Lieutenant’s’ Certificate, and the cadets and adults are pictured with their respective Lord Lieutenant.

The Lord Lieutenant, Mr Ed Anderson with, Cadet Warrant Officer Willian Newton of 185 (Batley) Squadron.
At an additional ceremony held in York in November two cadets were presented with their certificates and badges by their respective Lords Lieutenant, as they were unable to be present at the formal ceremonies the previous month.
Flight Sergeant George Gohl of 872 (Hull West) Squadron was appointed by the new Lord Lieutenant of the East Riding of Yorkshire, Mr James Dick OBE, and Able Cadet Sophie Harder of TS Wakefield was appointed by Mr Ed Anderson.
