o sooner had the 2012 Gathering inished than we started
planning for the Association Branch Charity Golf competition
at the famous Blairgowrie Rosemount Golf Club. The
competition took place on the 27th of September and followed
the Texas Scramble format. It was a great day with eight teams of
four taking part and we raised £1200 for the Children’s Hospice
Association Scotland (CHAS). Planning is already underway for
the same event on the 26th of September this year and we are
looking to double last year’s entry and sponsorship. Interestingly
the Ryder Cup is being held at Gleneagles next year but the Junior
Ryder Cup will be at Blairgowrie Rosemount. Thanks must go to
