Military Wives Choir
This has certainly been a different year for Wyton and Brampton Military Wives Choir, we started the year being fully booked until Christmas and looking forward to celebrating our 7th birthday.
We then slowly cancelled everything including face to face rehearsals. We have been rehearsing via the online platform Zoom, ensuring we keep singing together. We’ve even had online Zoom performances with half time chat and cake! We hope very much to be able to meet face to face to rehearse in the New Year. Prior to ‘Lockdown’ the film ‘Military Wives’ had its premier, if you look very closely at the closing credits you will see Wyton and Brampton Choir as we were able to take part in singing some of the music for the closing credits.
We would normally be getting ready for a busy Christmas season, we had 3 performances booked for December and lots
of carols planned. So, if you are going to miss seeing us perform, don’t forget our fabulous Christmas album is available from Amazon!
We are very grateful that we have been booked to perform
next year and we look
forward to singing
together. We are very lucky that we have been able to keep singing via Zoom, our wonderful MD Elaine Gunn has kept us motivated and together. We really have been Stronger Together over this difficult time.
