All things allotments at Harrogate Spring Flower Show (HSFS)

I was invited for an interview on
stage at the HSFS in my role as NAS President, along with another 40 guests over the four days, to talk about different aspects of horticulture. The stage was positioned in a prime location at one of the entrances to the main Flower Hall. I was able to put up an NAS publicity stand for the day also in the entrance.
On the stage after me was Mark describing his activities at my favourite horticultural charity, Horticap. They have a nursery and café opposite.
RHS Harlow Carr is well worth a visit. Horticap had also created a show feature ‘The Three Little Pigs’ at the show.
Present at the show was Leeds Allotment Federation who had created a stand encouraging ‘Grow Your Own’ in the form of a back yard allotment. It was really good.
