Competition
Celebrate the plot and win £250!
We are running the Shield photo competition again this year and looking for images that illustrate why you love your plot or site and growing your own food.
Please send in quality images for the 3 categories below, which we can use in our magazine, on our website and to supply allotment picture requests from national media. Many thanks to all those who sent in competition entries in 2014 and hope that you have enjoyed seeing them on the website; please do send in more this year.
• Allotmenteers – we are looking for natural, not posed, images of people working and enjoying their plots.
• The Edible Garden – what do you grow? We’d love to see some heritage varieties and unusual fruits along with the earthy carrots and succulent
strawberries.
• The Allotment Shed
– shed or greenhouse interior/exterior snaps, homemade or off the shelf.
One overall winner - £250 and featured for a month on the front page flash of the website.
3 category winners – 1 year NAS individual membership
