As Polemidia Cemetery had almost filled up by 2002, Major Groves constructed a new British civilian
cemetery at Kolossi. Several veterans are amongst those now buried there. He was the cemetery
administrator for Kolossi until relatively recently, the current administrator there being Steve Simmons.
Major Groves remains administrator for Polemidia.
