St Columba’s Church –

A Place of Remembrance

St Columba’s Church, in the UN Protected Area, Nicosia holds Rolls of Honour and many personal
mementoes, such as photo albums, commemorative books, and framed photos, donated by the families

and friends of those buried in Nicosia War Cemetery and Wayne’s Keep. It also holds memorial books
collated by successive Wayne’s Keep Custodians. Visits to St Columba’s Church can be arranged through

the Wayne’s Keep Custodian.

Squadron Leader Allan Delafield Graham, ‘Dell’, a pilot in the RAF, was killed in a flying accident in Cyprus on 28

May 1944. Sadly, most RAF burials in Nicosia War Cemetery were due to training accidents
