Getting ready for Christmas
Preparations are already underway for Christmas activities. Club members met after one meeting and planted hyacinth bulbs, which will be given out in the new year.
Just like for many other organisations and individuals, December will be a busy period for our club. The club Christmas lunch will combine good food with carol singing and entertainment. Our annual Carol Service takes place at 7pm on Thursday December 15th,
at Ringstead Shared Church, High Street, Ringstead. As well as traditional readings and carols, the service will include items from Manor School students. You will be made very welcome if you would like to attend.
Another date for your January diary! We will be holding our Annual Charity Fundraising Quiz on Saturday January 28th at Stanwick Village Hall. Look out for further details in the
next issue and on our Facebook page.
We are also always interested in hearing from
anyone who might be interested in joining Rotary. Further details about our activities can be found on the club Facebook page.
