What’s your favourite frame at the moment?
We absolutely love anything and everything by Tom Ford! They are beautiful and feel so comfortable to wear.
You have £10 to give to charity, who do you choose? For William’s skydive – he’s supporting SeeAbility, so we would add to that.
What ages do you serve? Everyone, from even the tiniest of babies! Parents often assume that children should be able to read before we test them, but we can actually see them from any age upwards.
Do you also sell contact lenses? We do lots of contact lens work. Our newest product is lenses that can slow the progression of children’s short sightedness – we’re not just correcting their sight, we’re protecting their future eye health. We love this sort of specialist dispensing.

really try to go the extra mile and we genuinely care about doing our best to look after everybody.
You have a day off, what do you do? William would be out at a gig – although on one day off in September he’s going skydiving for charity, Nicola would be out with her children but also loves going up in light aircraft, Rebecca would be out hiking and Katy would be with her young family or out dancing with Step N Groove in Thrapston.
Any future ambitions? To continue to find the newest and best products for our patients, to keep bringing new eye care solutions to people.
What brings you joy? Smiling faces when patients collect their new glasses.
Jaffa cake or Hobnob? All options gratefully received – we’re not fussy!
