In the domain of an international conference, the flow of ideas facili- tates quick and intelligent discussion about the difficulties and successes each country faces.
My thanks go to Lt Col Bailey, Maj Walker and 2Lt Hollick for making the entire trip possible and to the staff at The Sandhurst Trust for their assistance.
