The Royal Navy Officers’ Charity (RNOC) is dedicated to supporting serving and former Officers of the Naval Service and their families at every stage of their lives and careers. Founded in 1739, the RNOC supports a diverse range of beneficiaries and in 2018 awarded a record amount of grants totalling almost £430,000, including single donations and long-term financial assistance.
The Charity’s grants meet an equally wide range of needs including: nursing and care home fees, mobility aids, education, household adaptations, replacement of white goods, debt and end of life care.
The RNOC shares its London office with the Association of Royal Navy Officers (ARNO), both are led by CEO Commander Mike Goldthorpe BEM Royal Navy.
