NOTE 1 To date, there have been no nominations received. An interim plan is currently in place which has divided up the various Membership Secretary duties.
NOTE 2 Sadly our National Treasurer, Denis Barry , has had to stand down one year early due to ill health. An interim plan is in place with the additional support of Jean Forrester.
NOTE 3 All other office Positions are filled and currently fall within their three-year tenure.

2019 National Championships Judges awards & Trophy Presentations plus NVS Annual Awards presentations will
follow the AGM.

Treasurer Robert Miller who has continued to process and submit this annual claim on behalf of the Society, this is very much appreciated. Thanks also go to our members who sign the relevant Gift Aid form and allow us to continue to make this Gift Aid claim from HMRC.
Society Awards 2018
This year, we have awarded x10 Fellowship awards , 7 Silver medals, 4 Gold medals and x1 Ron Fletcher award
Congratulations to all of the recipients of these NVS awards, they are all well deserved. .
I’m happy to advise that we have a number of award recipients in attendance today and their awards will be presented after this AGM. For those unable to attend today, we have arranged for local presentations.
The recipients are listed within this report however I shall share the details as part of the awards presentation later on.
