Exclusions

In the interest of clarity, retainer fees do not include the following:

1. Third party supplier costs (such as professional photographer hire, photos, images
purchase, color Sep., printing, production, etc.) are to be charged at cost, i.e. free of any
commission

2. Any other projects not listed in the scope of work are to be charged on a case-by-case
basis

3. Sampling activities, promoters sourcing, events organization (products and/or trade launch,
sponsoring) and logistics for promotion winners (trips, prizes, prizes redemption)

4. Interactive, CRM and PR support
