General Observations and recommendations
• Digital - a complete facelift is required for the websites and digital
assets that can prioritize tenants and serve customers (a new UI/UX)
• Loyalty program - Only a "cash back" loyalty program can succeed
and attract tenants as well as shoppers (all other programs will
definitely fail)
• Digital transformation - LED screens, Media Kiosks, Wallet payments,
IOT, VR, AR and Holographic activities
