Basis for Financial Proposal

• WizeGuyz works on an annual fee system.

• The annual fees are computed based on the following:

• Step1: A list of deliverables for a specific year (the client scope of
work) provided in the document

• Step 2: An estimate of the percentage of time invested by the
dedicated team (the human structure) that will work on the client’s
business during a specific year to deliver on the listed scope of work

• Step 3: Computing the fees relevant to the above structure for the
entire year

• Client and Agency will meet on a quarterly basis, to evaluate actual time
invested by the structure to deliver the scope of work, and reconcile

accordingly.
