On Aetna DocFind , you can look up providers by their location or name. Advanced search allows you to search for
®
very specific terms, such as language, gender, and hospital affiliation.
“Search for” always needs to be selected first. On the dropdown menu, select the provider type you are looking for. If
applicable, “Type” will remain, where you will also need to specify the type of provider within the specialization chosen.
If searching by name, you will need to provide at least their last name.
In both types of searches, a ZIP code, city, or county is required to continue. Once that has been entered, select a plan
from the bottom dropdown menu, and then click “Search”.
Up to 500 results can be printed from the results page. The results pages will be generated as a PDF that will appear in
your browser window, where it can be saved and printed.
