< NOTICE OF INSTALLATION OF GLOBAL POSITIONING SYSTEMS IN COMPANY CELL PHONES >

In furtherance of maintaining the high level of quality that Angeles Contractor, Inc will activate
the Global Positioning Systems (“GPS”) software in its Company issued phones.
These GPS devices will allow the Company to track the location of the phones at all times.
This tracking will assist the Company in locating lost cell phones, training employees, monitoring
productivity, avoiding theft, deterring non productive behavior, and ensuring employee safety.

If the Company discovers that an employee is violating Company policy, the employee may be
disciplined, up to and including termination.
Any attempts to alter, destroy, or damage the GPS systems shall result in immediate discipline up to
and including termination.
Any and all surveillance will be done in accordance with federal and California laws.
The installation will be done by IT Manager and start from 12/28/2011.
