How to find an In-Network Provider

the list of providers in the area.
You are also able to filter by distance,
specialty, language, gender, and more.
Click on the name for details.

Step 14
To find the Primary Care Physician’s ID number, select “Locations” and you should be able to see all the participating
Medical Groups with the provider. Select a Medical Group and the Provider ID number is listed right below.
