Hi Chris,
Dan has a good point in controlling our visitors since our PMs are involved in negotiating with Subs for ACI to gain
more profit be selecting the lowest, preferably.
My recommendation is, it should be announced to ALL ACI employees not to authorize any Sub to walk around
the office without escort or they should be entertained in the Conference Room or at the kitchenette or at the
Lobby.

Caesar,
I am in the middle of negotiating Subcontracts for the HHH Renovation Project.
It is very important that all visitors be escorted from and to the Reception area, by the ACI member they are here
to visit.
I reduced the Cana Plumbing proposal by 10k and escorted him to the front reception area. He then returned and
somehow walked into my office with out my knowledge he was there. I had other proposals up on my monitor, as I
