Thank you for your participation in the ACI Safety Awareness Training on 1/30/2020 & 1/31/2020.
It was a great training session that all ACI could review the Safety and General Information. This
is to recap for the Safety Awareness Training and Announcements.

        1) Safety Awareness Training
            • Please find the training presentation attached.
            • Additional training material can be found in Section 7 of the IIPP. (see attached)

        2) Safety Abatement
            • Make sure to take photos Before and After a safety hazard is abated.
            • We need to keep records of all safety corrections.

        3) OSHA 10HR/30HR
            • All ACI employees must have an OSHA Certificate.
            • All assigned OSHA classes must be completed within 6 months. o If the class
expires, we will need to pay for re-enrollment.

        4) First Aid and Injuries
            • If you have trouble defining an injury as First Aid or beyond First Aid, please refer to ACI Safety
Programs, Section 3 "Accident Investigation & Reporting" page 10. For further questions, please
contact Brian Shin and Chris Kim
            • For all injuries, a doctor’s release note should be sent to Brian Shin and Chris Kim

        5) Signage
            • Extra signage can be picked up in the ACI Office warehouse.
            • If your jobsite has a fence gate, we recommend getting two large “Hard Hat Area” signs for when the
               gates are opened and closed.
            • For any inside work (TI, maintenance, etc.), please pick up the small "Hard Hat Area" signs.

        6) OSHA Inspections
            • Stop all work when an OSHA inspector comes on site. Clean up surrounding work area before

               inspection starts.

        7) Computer Training
            • Computer training can be scheduled with Brian Shin.
            • Every 1-2 months, we will check if you need computer training during safety inspections.
